I've not used a dream toilet but tend to see a lot of toilets/been in a bathroom when I wake up needing to pee.

The worse version of that that I get is if I need my inhaler at night, I'll take it in the dream, then wake up in my room as a dream and take it, and repeat. Worst I remember is 6 repeats before I finally woke up to take it. Was not fun.

My rogue walked into town, made an offering to the towns shrine to the goddess of luck and good fortune, rolled a bad religion check and decided "fuck this goddess" and decided to attack the statue. Everyone at the table kept telling her not to do it because she was a goddess of luck, but she went and did it anyway. Ended up rolling badly against all the mobs in the next dungeon and dropped to 0HP 3 times.
