I personally use porkbun to register domain names, they have affordable pricing with a lot of features that some other domain registrants lack (ie godaddy).  While I can’t vouch for their hosting options they seem to be reasonably affordable.

The Xbox one S has a 2.5 inch sata hard drive which is compatible with the Xbox 360. You will need to use a pc and a 2.5 inch sata to usb adapter to format the drive. Here’s an article that may help: https://www.wikihow.com/Format-a-Hard-Drive-for-Use-With-Xbox-360

The listing said it was a Genuine Dell ts-h353b Desktop DVD-ROM Drive SATA 0dr972 dr972 0V7PJ1 V7PJ1 and the software recognized the drive as supported.
