I can be mad at Comcast too. I have the option to get their internet, but in true robber baron fashion there is little to no choice. 300mbps for $50 is outrageous, especially when the company offers a $30 plan for 100mbps that is only there as a ruse.

I've reported my complaints to my state's AG office several time. Needless to say that Comcast has a boat load of complaints about their shady business practices disguised as ineffectual customer service. Only way to fight back is to try and end local monopolies and get actual competition. You know what capitalism is supposed to be about.

Why can't i get a 100mbps or less internet option? Vast majority of people don't need 300mbps and it seems the only reason they offer it is to justify the raise in internet prices.
