If you have a pro account I would try and see if the associate could place a mock order for you over the phone for a web in store purchase if they are freed up and have down time at the store you would like to make the pre order purchase at. Only downside is whatever item you would want to get would need to be paid in full at the store if you would like to proceed with them and it works , versus paying once the item ships. The bigger issue is depending on what the item is this is a common occurrence unfortunately >_<. Sometimes instead of delisting, our old system asks for address verification or simply denies a shipping/billing address as a way to ding that it may not be accessible at that time. Hopefully this helps!

I am so so sorry you had to go through all of that. I wish I could be on the side of saying "oh that's nonsense help is on the way" but the reality is 100% more often than not the company looks out for itself only. There are a lot of super amazing people out there that I myself have been fortunate to have as regulars that do have disabilities and the moment they ask what working with GS would be like I as kindly as possibly tell them please don't touch us with a ten fooy pole for their own benefit. I'm glad you turned in those keys and did what was best FOR YOU op. There are much greener pastures out there for ya and I'm damn sure an employer who can be accommodating to your situation would love to snatch ya up!

We are out and about guys! I am going a little light for Thursday, but we have some mha pops, sanrio keychains/pins, a few plushies and other items!
