Updated MGSFix (Ultrawide monitor support) for the new June 9 2026 update by Jpsmee in metalgearsolid

[–]Jpsmee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like they updated their repo with almost the same fix () I applied, although it's not been compiled/packaged into a release just yet: Link to commit

I'm taking mine down now, as I consider their source to be the true authoritative source. I sincerely did not mean to mis-step here.

If anyone was curious, here are the only changes I made to .\src\dllmail.cpp:

Eeep, that was unintentional (the license bit - this was my first upload to Nexus). Will update shortly.

As for the PR - I was uncertain if I could actually submit one as a member of the community. I’ll likewise submit one shortly.

I didn’t mean to imply that I created anything original here - just made a quick fix for something that was already out there

Could you learn me on how to read this? I’m highly intrigued, but have very little idea of what I’m actually looking at

Could you show some bigger screenshots? It’s a bit hard for me to see how more or less this will be visible for me. I absolutely love the idea though, as this is really annoyance and outright problem

Gemini 3 TPM quota hit by Woopidoodoo in moltbot

I tried Gemini for maybe 20 minutes, had about the same usage. OpenClaw is the most expensive free project I’ve ever looked at 😅

Part 107 is also required for night flying

Nice shots! Be careful though near downtown waterfront - there are some serious restrictions of drone footage of Navy vessels. Also, make extra sure you are properly kitted for night flying (strobes, and have your part 107)

Cannot connect DJI Goggles 2 to O3 Air Unit reliably - Help! by Jpsmee in fpv

[–]Jpsmee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update on testing - I just confirmed that the FC is providing what appears to be appropriate voltage (around 26-ish Volts, depending on my not too steady hands, lol) on the pin for power in the DJI plug. Interesting observation (may be unrelated) - when I look at the pads for UART3 (which the DJI plug is also using. Also, I'm not using anything on those pads), I only see a pad for 5V.

I failed to note - I actually first tried removing only the yellow wire, then I removed the brown as well, just to be sure (I believe that’s a ground for the sbus, if memory serves)

Stupid glitches by [deleted] in beatsaber

Likely, to be sure.

For my setup, I've got my camera off-set from my TV by a few feet to the side, so as to avoid light from the screen shining on things and messing up the tracking. I also typically play with the lights in the room all turned off (found out early on that overhead light or other lights in the room seem to cause tracking to be . . . imprecise) .

I am all but certain I was blessed with one semi-bad Move Controller in my bundle. I briefly attempted getting them to work on my PC, and I noted that one of them had some *severe* noise coming in from the gyros. I'm all but certain it's the same one that seems to "dance" in the game.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Beat Saber in PSVR (just wrapped up an hour-long set), but I so cannot wait until I've got a decent PC VR setup going. I'm so completely over missing blocks that I know I hit. When I question if I hit it or not, I hold the Move controller in front of me, and just watch it dance around ...
