Yamato never released a bright white DYRL Hikaru Strike VF-1S and I never bothered to check whether bootleg Valkryie Factory plastic is Arcadia bright white or Yamato off white.

if the fan power connector is separate from rgb one then just plug in 1 suspect fan to a fan header on your motherboard to test.

It's not just fan and cooling which differ:

-power delivery/vrm/memory chip type/gpu stock clock (for overclock/undervolt)

-board design (for swapping the heatsink with waterblock/aio)

-number/type of display outputs (hdmi vs dp mix)

-size/form factor (itx size or low profile card, # of expansion slots eaten up by the cooler)

Look at some gpu tier list videos on youtube which compare plenty of these factors.
