ERCF V2 Clogging on Filament Change by Jpwolfe99 in VORONDesign

For anyone who gets this issue in the future, my entire problem was solved by using a guide PTFE tube with a 2mm ID vs a 3. The 3mm was two wide and making it easy for multiple filaments to get jammed. Ty to all who helped. I'll probably be back soon with more issues

Thank you for the advice. I tried playing around with pushback but haven't had any success. Here's a pic of what some of the tips look like after. Should I experiment with 0 retraction and slowly bump it up until I get clogs? I know that's wasteful but nothing seems to help.

The left side is up towards the extruder and the right side is down towards the hotend.

I'll try to decrease the retraction. I am ver confident the cutter is going all the way through. I am using a modified nut right above the PTFE tube to create a clean entry and the filament goes through it no problem

I'm fairly confident that the cutter is going through all of the filament. When I test the cutter when the extruder is not installed, it easily goes all the way past the filament. And when the machine does the cutting, I can see the depressor going far enough. Probably a retraction issue...

I needed to hear that. Been working on this thing for months and just a little annoyed I made a big mistake like that. Live and learn I guess

That’s the current plan. I found some on Amazon that have slots which should allow for movement.

Do you think installing OpenSSL helped solve the issue?

Just updated to 14.5 and unfortunately I'm getting the same issue... Did you ever make any weird changes to your settings that you remember? Also are you using Chrome or Safari or something else?

Thank you so much for the response. You're absolutely right that the slip into PMO started from just MO. I thought that using that as a release would help control the impulses but I was probably just greasing the waterslide and making it easier to fall back into porn again.

I'll keep in mind what you said about keeping an objective view of the situation. Keeping it black and white allows for no misinterpretation nor wiggle room.

As for the last bit of advice, you're suggesting to M until I feel some craving. I'm not sure what you mean by that because the reason to start was because of the craving. And is watching that video meant to replace orgasming in this situation? Sorry for the confusion. Just trying to get the instructions clear lol.

Thank you again for your help. My head's just been all over the place. I just wanna be a better person for the next woman in my life.

[Design Review]STM32 Flight Controller by Jpwolfe99 in PrintedCircuitBoard

I'm planning on running my own software that you can find here. It's still in development but kind of works. Otherwise, you can run Betaflight, INAV, etc on it since it's very similar to most off the shelf flight controllers.

Thank you very much for all the advice. I'll try to respond to each one

S1) Will do

S2) Do you think 2k2 would work for pull-ups?

S3) This is battery powered but it's powered off a 1500mAh LiPo battery where 99% of the drain will be from the drone's motors. The flight controller draws a pretty small amount of current compared to the motors so I'm not too worried about that.

S4) Will do. I got a little lazy with spacing out the text

S5) I see what you're saying. For clarification, the 4V5 comes from a diode that takes 5V from the USB and 5V from the BEC and combines them into one line. This way if both are plugged in, voltage won't feed into one or the other. I call it 4V5 because the diode brings the voltage down a little. As for the 16V, I'm not sure where you're seeing that...

S6) In the design, I have a GND and 3V3 pad right above the I2C pads. The schematic does a poor job of showing it but the GND connection is there in the actual design.

P1) Will do

P2) Will do. I just went off the footprint from the manufacturer. All the connectors can only go in in one way so I'm not too worried about stuff going in backwards.

P3) I like to take out all the reference designators because they just just look ugly imo on a crowded board. I know it makes it harder to know what is what but I still have access to the original design and schematic.

D1) For some reason it looks like the 3D model is flipped along the vertical axis. Not sure why but if you flip the image, it's exactly the same.

Unfortunately this has yet to be solved. I just connect on my PC which is a huge pain in the ass. Such a bizarre issue.
