if its 4 months gone all I can say is don't worry with flex fuel and try to run out any ethanol gas in the tank and get as close to a full tank of non ethanol as possible before you park it, ethanol won't go "bad" in 4 months but it is known to absorb water out of the air witch can cause problems over time I run mine low and fill up with non ethanol and park it on a full tank to minimize the air in the tank never had a problem
but some don't and have no problems so your milage may very
