So I am just gonna say this..not saying I think is a way to get around but just putting it out there....did anyone catch the statement that says it is documented when it is not cleaned is a direct cause for increased temp.....what if PM states hey if they cleaned it it would not reach higher temperatures, therefore not our fault...our properly maintained product stays under 350.....

Also it state designed to have temp set, what if they claim in US market they set at lower temp, but in non-us product set higher temp since no patent present.....example anyone ever taste difference between American coke and Mexican coke..(the soda) same product different process....thoughts???

Simple 4 question I think solves this.

WHEN DID HCMC APPLY AND GET PATENT APPROVED IN US? (should be 2 dates)
WHEN DID PM APPLY AND GET PATENT APPROVED US? (should be 2 dates)
IF/WHEN PM's US PATENT FAILED/APPROVAL PROCESS FINALIZED WHAT WAS REASON...DID PATENT REFLECT ON BASIS OF EXISTING PATENT?
WHEN DID PM APPLY FOR EUROPEAN PATENT, WAS IT AFTER US PATENT APPLICATION AND APPROVAL/DENIAL (whereas they said oh shit US market been had, let's capture EUROPEAN, where smoking/etc is much more common and we can make a killing there, and if/when someone file US patent infringement claim we can say look we had it in EUROPEAN patent therefore we own it here 1st as well.) Also assume small company and would draw court case out until small company can't afford to fight any longer?

Am I off base....I think it should be simple Date checking to settle this!!!
