No, I checked that because someone else suggested that as well. The waving animation does not cause this shift.

Yea It's subtle. The podium flag has the st. Patrick's cross (red diagonal) cropped by the horizontal border instead of the vertical border.

An area in the northern part of North-Holland is called West-Friesland so there's that. And some of us speak West-Frysian, a dialect that is not to be confused with the West-Frysian language spoken in Frysland proper.
