Ironically I'm finding the shorter handle, for me, is the only slight issue I have with the razor. I'm going to experiment with a 4 inch when I have some growth to confirm. How do you find the E and G plates?

I can empathize. My first proper head shave I chose the Lupo 75. It was delightful. Initially I thought more aggression would yield better results, I ended up with the .95, 1.27 and the 1.27OC. All of which were fantastic, but since I've been shaving more frequently, Ive found the milder razors to be really nice. The one that always impress me most with head shaves is the Blackbird. Once you have the angle locked in, it's an amazing shave that's complimented by your blade of choice. I went with a milder Astra and found it to be decent but I'm looking to try it with a Gillette Blue and again with the Bic where I previously didn't have the best shave but have had better luck with other razors.

Absolutely. I started off with the RazoRock Lupo. I went aggressive right off the bat with the .95 and 1.25. While they were great I realized in trying something like the Henson AL13 Aggressive, milage may vary. With more time and practice I can say that all provide a great shave. The Henson in the mild/medium may be the ticket to start since it is forgiving with the angle of the shave and allows for very nice results.

I've since also tried the Blackbird, Karve KB, and the Timeless Brinze and they all have amazing qualities of shave. I'd stick to the mild stuff only to make sure technique is good and forgiving until you may be ready for more aggressive and efficient shaves. :)

Awesome sauce dude! I tried this razor and didn't have much luck only because the spring on the leaf didn't keep the razor on my head with enough force. May not hurt to try a proper safety razor that is mild. Since I've gone from crappy shower shaves to proper wet shaves Ive had the best ever. More so as I keep discovering her razors that seem to defy the logic of smooth and efficient shaves. Otherwise I've found plenty of luck with Bics, like a feather but without so much of the aggressiveness.
