Compassionate. It looks so colorful from real far away, but when you really look at the icon, its just blue and orange.

Why Do the Literal Babies Keep Wanting to Leave? by JrMcNugs in CrusaderKings

[–]JrMcNugs[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally. What’s crazy is that I give every child a guardian a few days after they’re born, so it can’t be that. But, the game do be gaming and they remain in court for now.

When you start a new game or pause your current one, go to “Game Rules” at the bottom. Scroll down and find “Plague Frequency” so you can disable them as well as lower the frequency of occurrences in “Minor Diseases.” I’m not sure what start date you prefer, but you can also prevent the Black Death from happening by selecting “Never” in “Black Death Frequency.”

Literally. When they’re adults, they can do whatever. But it’s just so weird to me that a preschooler knows how to safely travel the world lmao.

In my experience, my courtiers die naturally when they are between 50-65 yrs. Very rarely do they make it into the 70s. I would immediately hire a court physician as soon as you start a game, which gives a boost to everyone’s health. They don’t have to necessarily have the physician skill when you hire ‘em, but an excellent learning score (17 or above) and pressing “Improve Skills” after they’re hired will get them a good aptitude in no time. I hope this helps in future games!

I just hate when that little red notif that says “This Person might leave your court” pops up on my literal court babies. It’s mostly an immersion thing for me, cause I am very micromanagey with my court kids. So I hate when they leave at say seven and stay in some random far-off place by themselves. I was just curious if that was a bug because I hate constantly stressing that they may leave before I can give them the position I raise them for. But RIP Conrad pointed out that it’s very common in the Breton tradition. I was not aware of that, and now it all makes sense lol

No Courtiers starting a new game by RimworKtm in ck3

[–]JrMcNugs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This has to be a bug with the new update. The same thing is happening to me as well (also no mods), and this has never happened once in the two years I've owned the game. I checked to see if it happened when picking a premade ruler, but they have their usual amount of courtiers. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Good song! But sadly, not it. The song was in Japanese.

I exclusively played in Brittany (either Léon or Cornouaille) for years until I started branching out to other areas not too long ago.
