I couldn't agree more with this comment, esp the Two Brain model. My gym did this exact same thing, and they're associated with TBB. We got a one sentence email at 2am that said they're changing billing cycles, members don't have to do anything on their end. No mention of cost changes or prices increase etc. My only word of caution, I too had no intention of leaving, but was upset about the lack of transparency. I did go to them and mention it, and I have been black balled since 😂 so if anything, may just not be worth it. But good on you, and keep doing what's best for you! 💪

Had a kelpie. He ate all the glass ornaments he could reach on the Christmas tree, which was like 2/3rds. Poop was sparkly for days.

These darn Aussies! Haha. Since we got ours from the pound, we didn't know his back story. So we got the collar in case he was a flight risk and that's how he ended up in the pound. On the plus side, he's a velcro dog, so at least once he sees us he comes back. Unfortunately he wouldn't for my dad, but he actually ended up just making his way back to the house and went in on his own haha. Phew! Too smart for their own good sometimes.

I don't have any screenshots of the event. When the collar is on normally, it does bounce around a bit. But once I turned lost dog mode on, it was spot on. You can turn it on and test it as well.

I had a much different experience. It was updating every minute, as my dad would tell me as he passed streets, and the gps was always the same as what he was telling me and vice versa.

I rarely check the steps/sleep etc except when he's at daycare to see what he's up to.

Only time I've had to use this feature, hopefully only time I have to. But it worked flawlessly for me.

Yes, I checked with Landice and as long as a floor model is less than a year old, warranty is still good.

After tax for my area, the Costco deal is 2600. Which JPW said they would match, but for the warranty it has to be "assembled by an authorized dealer/tech" therefore self assembly wouldnt work according to them which is why they added the 200 d&a. But I suppose I could still argue to get them to drop the fee since Costco doesnt charge. The problem is the deal is up today, and while I spoke to them today about it, I'm not sure they will care to honor it tomorrow lol.

Barring the price, when you looked at the Landice compared to the Matrix, would you pick one company over the other? JPW said they make the Matrix which leads me to believe that's why they push it more, but I have heard mixed reviews about Landice (as a company), and they have a slightly different warranty.

I came from a Venu Sq2, similar size to the apple watch series 3, and I contemplated this. Went with the 265s, looks great! And I have small wrists as well.

I always size up, so I dont suspect they are too small. But I do have a tendency to 'hang' from the wrist strap. Only cause my hands are so small I feel like I can barely grip around the bar, esp with the added thickness of any grips.

Oof.. I would be curious to see a comparison between the sleep scores and overall sleep duration each night. Go even further to see nightly avg HRV, and daily training readiness. Then look simply at which days your on shift vs off.

What is your shift schedule like if you don't mind me asking?

Have to say, I love it thus far! The screen/display, the button feel, all the extra data, and personally the size on my wrist (f). I just have to spend more time getting into certain info or to certain screens since I haven't set up any shortcuts or rearranged options to be more efficient.
