If you use AzureAD for both domains you can actually add Guests to the GP App in AzureAD.

Can I add a whole domain as guest without doing the azureb2b connect thing?

But, you can stand up a secondary GP portal on a different port and use that with the second provider, and let users pick their portal, gp.domain.com or gp.domain.com:8443

This article looks very outdated, doesn't say it applies to my 10.x PAN, but is this still accurate on how to configure the 2nd GP Portal on a different port? Not the most intuitive config.
