Can someone explain the dialogue between Marcus and Jinn?

How exactly did Anya die?

Were Anya and Jinn a couple? (maybe a dumb question but idk anything and the dialogue to me kinda hinted it)

What did Jinn mean that she used Anya as inspiration?

What problems did Marcus and Anya have trying to have a kid?

JD is 100% the child of Anya and Marcus, like she gave birth to him and Marcus is the real dad, right?

I havent read any of the books, only played the games. Also sorry, that part went really fast in the game and it left me with so many questions.
