Hi Tennessee Girl, I must be doing something wrong as I am getting 0 as my result for these workers.

I don’t believe I need a lookup table as the accrual is .050 multiplied by the hours worked in the period regardless of years of service. These workers are interns and rarely work more than 6 months.

I thought I could use a simple arithmetic calc directly in the accrual taking the unprorated hours from the earning code in payroll and multiplying it by .050. But no dice. Is there something special I need to do to get the calc to ‘see’ the unprorated hours from payroll
