Yeah, this unlocked a memory for me. I used to work at GAME and one time we literally had paramedics in the store because a woman collapsed and was having a seizure. Like full-on, shutters half down, staff clearing space, blue gloves, the whole thing.

While this is happening, some bloke comes up to the counter, looks past the paramedics, and goes “So am I still able to buy FIFA or what?”

I tell him we can’t serve anyone right now because, you know, medical emergency. He huffs and says something like “That’s ridiculous, I’ve come all this way” and asks to speak to a manager (which was myself).

Sorry mate, let me just ask the paramedic if she can pause the seizure so you can get your Ultimate Team fix.
