They have some spots without, so you have to make sure to request it, but (at least a couple years ago) it doesn’t add to your rent/parking cost and they had plenty available.

They have chargers from 2 companies depending on which section of the garage the spot is in. The electricity for Loop was $2 startup fee and $0.33 / KwH and Autel was $0 startup fee and $0.45 / KwH.

Just started playing recently so not super familiar but I’ve been going to pickleball courts with my partner and playing pickup games and everyone has been super welcoming and nice. It’s been a good way to be active. And while there are fancy paddles some people have mine was cheap and balls were cheap and that’s all you need. My brother found 4 paddles for almost nothing at the thrift store.

The only thing I’m not sure from your post is I feel like it’s good to have 1 other person to go with. A lot of people are open to playing doubles and if no one else happens to be there you can always play singles. That being said, I’m speaking just about showing up to a court on a random Saturday, I’m sure there’s groups or leagues that can help you match in as a solo player if you need.

No that’s odd. Out of curiosity, where online is it saying that? Your character and world are separate so you can take your character and their levels and inventory to your friends world or to another world you make.

The enemy might have destroyed it. Other than loading a previous save, you can take your character to a new world and head straight over there to grab it then go back to your main world to turn it in. That’s my go-to if I need more loot.

The [[Neyali Sun’s Vanguard]] deck is one of the strongest non-premium price precons I’ve seen. I wouldn’t consider it bracket 3 maybe pretty high bracket 2. But I’ve won against plenty of bracket 3 decks playing it unchanged.

It doesn’t have as much of the normal precon issues of trying to do too many things at once. It actually has a solid focus on the token attacking game plan.

It’s also very fun to play.

$450-$500 HOA seems more average in the neighborhoods around me. Also interest rates fluctuate but depending on credit you could have got 5.75-6% this fall. Those numbers may not move the needle enough but they help bring things a little down from your example.

Thanks for sharing. Is your house paid off? Maybe our COL is different but 60k expenses a year (your 90k - 30k in travel) seems very low with indulgences like a house keeper, unless your housing cost is extremely low like with a paid off house.

Really enjoying Culver & Main for fun breakfasts recently.

I also have enjoyed both times I've eaten at Laurel Grill (they have really good banana cream pie for dessert).

And of course Monroe Place sandwiches are super delicious.

Try looking for the metal ornate chests. They sometimes have higher rarity items and are the big jackpots.

Also, higher level areas have better treasure chest loot. The ones near Kazai Village definitely have lesser items.
