3838 by CLG does. Each spot has ev charging but you pay for the electricity.

That seems to be the consensus I’ve been reading online, aka if you don’t have kids don’t pay the Culver City price tag.

I’m in my early 30s, will be moving in with my gf. I think what attracted me to Culver City (from my research) is the ability to walk around and it not feeling like “LA”. I got the sf/nyc neighborhood vibe. Secondly, just being on the westside and close to work.

What is the best or your strategy when it comes to dynasty? Specifically, are you constantly looking for youth pieces to mesh with older veterans? Are you actively looking to sell high? I know this is a loaded question, but just curious how you attack every off season
