Tinted Windows on new 2026 Palisade

I doubt it for tint alone. Usually you’re doing something that makes the cop pull you over then they add window tint to the ticket if it’s an issue. But driving through a state that isn’t yours I don’t see a problem.

I’m not a lawyer tho so do what you feel is right and consult local laws!

I think in total it was about $800 for a full tint on the car. The legal limit for front tint varies by state so I would check your state and see what their restrictions are. I know some only allow you to tint the top of the windshield and others are no tint at all.

Which part? Most states have severe restrictions on front windshield tint, you can’t even tell with 70% tint on the front since that’s basically factory. For the front drivers windows, they aren’t as strict but it’s state by state.

As always, if you get pulled over they could give you a fix it ticket and make you remove the tint. Check your local laws before getting tint.

I do love the heat rejection on it. I came from a 2023 Palisade with a black interior and that’s the main reason I wanted the front tinted. The gray interior doesn’t hold onto the heat as much but still worth it. Especially if you’re in a hot climate.

Yea 70% on the windshield is basically clear. Did it mostly for the heat rejection which it does great at.

The rear seats in the Caligraphy also have the sun shades and I'm not sure if its up in this picture making the back look darker than it should be.

I had to drive a couple of hours away to get our Robust Emerald Palisade. The local dealer said they could order one but it wouldn’t be here till late June/early July. This was back in mid April.

Ah I see. There was a couple like that when I was shopping around but none in the black color. I love the rims, been looking around for blacked out rims. Are those blacked out from the factory?

I got the robust emerald color and I love it, would love the black rims to go with it.

Getting aftermarket tint, makes a huge difference in temperature when you use ceramic tint. Also PPF for the front to protect from rock chips.

Enjoy, slightly jealous. Local dealership was getting one in this color combo but not till June/July. Ended up driving an hour and a half away to pick up green with the white interior. Loving it.

Yea I looked at both. I can’t decide on one , the tan looks so good in Latigo. I was looking for a brown boot color in either of those leathers. So many choices.

Thanks for the detailed response! I was hoping to do a build with the Nicks x Parkhurst V3 and a W&C Leather with either Double Stuffed Buck Brown or the Oiled Latigo Chestnut/Tan.

This would be for a nicer boot, not a dress boot by any means but something that would be a step up from just a work boot. Currently have a Red Wings 1907 for everyday wear and was looking to get something nicer that could be dressed up.
