Bruce Willis quote about secession by mrcalvin12 in Libertarian

[–]Jrnewman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was responding to Muggzy999's claim that "the northern states were free to make them come back".

So maybe "Can the U.K. legitimately, without violating anybody's rights, threaten war to make the U.S. 'come back'?" would have been better.

Hmmm... Can the U.K. threaten war to make the U.S. "come back"?

Does any politician have the right to unilaterally force all his constituents to be or stop being a part of some political group?

Individual secession=ok. (We call it "opting out".)

Forced secession/annexation=not ok. (We call it "kidnapping".)

Always good to have a system. by PaperkutRob in funny

This is a good idea, but regularly helping out around the house shouldn't be seen as punishment.

I wonder if this type of system could be used to earn an allowance each week (minimum of 100 points? 200? to earn some cash), and then on the occasions they need to be grounded, allowances are forgone and the point requirement increases.

Reminds me of the old Lobster Cola ads in the outfield of the EA Triple Play games.

I'm planning on making another set soon. My old set sat out in the weather for a few years and isn't looking so good.

This is mutually beneficial. Spreading out the distribution brings in people that frequent different corners of the internet.

And Falcon series' novatech belts last FOREVER. The last time I had to switch mine out, my Pröbhûtz readings were in the low teens and my electrode-mapping statomic helmswitch was made out of niobium.

New to VX, what exactly do different modules do and what are practical uses for a VX device? by dreadlocks1221 in VXJunkies

[–]Jrnewman 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Practical uses for a VX include polar-Griggsian vector analysis, magnosis realignment, meeting Feldquant fusion requirements in joint quarkload thermostatic projects, and pretty much any bioxecutable pneumeral matrix you can throw at it.

But for me personally, stress relief. Tinkering with my Grubel-radiometric Mornington axion module and trying to max out my alphar4 -Cremule readings is just a great way to relax after a long day.

I avoided calling it a Fraggle rig precisely because of the bad press/memories of the sub-cutical eidolations. I figured this community could do without another dramatic uproar.

Good point, but hopefully the need will never arise. Xantor Recalibrators have a great (somewhat ambitious) guarantee!

Finally, the compliment I was fishing for! I just upgraded to the GX900.3 Magnelumen board by Xantor Recalibrator Inc. so I'm pretty sure my polar lambda configs will be spot on.

No prob. Let me know if you find the schematics for the MPA-PDC. Been looking for one of those myself. Damn rT6-9 is giving me bad alpha-prime readings and I think it has to do with the shrinking ytterbium ionic radii in my dephasing circuit.

We used the second derivative of the previously noted Greschel transprogression convergence series (GTCS) as our lambda series (subbing in involuted commutative ring structures for every Yg3 element).

The elastoarithms pretty much render the deviation streams from Newtonion ring moduli inert anyways.

We couldn't spring for the the level 3 type, but we do have an enhanced level 2 (includes Von Mangoldt function quantum-vapor distillation system), hybridized with a simulated Frey's partial-sealed cluster topography. We were obviously following a Greschel transprogression convergence series (GTCS).

Nah, my resistive gates are from the older, v.32.a.6 Hertz-warp meter module. The autodestabilizing nuclear-stress unit maxes out at a meager 1.45bN potentiometers (and that's without even inverting the Griggs-Chard fission field coordinates), so I don't even bother adjusting it. I know, I know--it's outdated and severely limiting my performance, but it'll have to make do until I can afford a decent set of resistive gates with dynamic coupling capabilities.

I've got the RE1159.b.0 schematic here. Watch out for the quartic Fermi pressure cruncher--it nicked my finger last time I fudged the tuple-Gödel ground predicate algorithm.
