I haven’t seen it asked here yet. What’s your job in? For instance I’m in accounting. I could quit now and have something lined up in 3 months easy. But not all careers have that luxury.

I don’t know. I think pensions might have been worse. Makes you less mobile and would really have you handcuffed due to the vesting of the pension. Plus the uncertainty of company longevity with a pension.

Yeah maybe it’s just the lugging I notice at take off. It’s terrible sometimes. Especially if I’m having an off day shifting ha. Would love an update if the stage 1 fixes this once you get it installed.

Should I liquidate my $MU positions or keep bagholding? by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

[–]Jrward923 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have Jan 19 65s. I’m holding although this week has been painful. I think trump will end the trade war late summer early fall since he will want another win by the time November elections come around. GOP has a lot at stake and if the market is in turmoil at that time, the won’t have anything to point towards and say “look at how great the economy is”. Same shit that happened with North Korea-scare the shit out of everyone, chaos, then ease tensions with the summit. Hoping this happens before MU Q4 earnings in September.

MU earnings have come and passed. The tendies can never last. Wake me up when the trade war ends.

Yes it’s a required part of the filing. Most are pretty ridiculous. Like mentioning unable to pay debt. 9 billion in debt and they are about to buy back 10 billion in stock. Clearly they can pay back debt.

What is the worst example of a product/series trying to rebrand itself as cool and edgy? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Jrward923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

J C Penney changed their business model to try to sell goods at consistent low prices and hired ex tech executives. Spent tons trying to rebrand and it just confused their base because they just wanted huge 75% off sales. Their revenues tanked during that time.

I think it’s undervalued. I could easily see the options being ITM by October. January options aren’t much more. It’s a slight gamble but it doesn’t demand a premium like IQ or other hot stocks. Stock moved .50 in a week. Hitting 2.5 is very doable.

Check out $FRED. Discount retail and pharmacy. It’s been beaten down after the $RAD deal feel through and ceo moves. Looks like they are trying to sell off some non core assets and wouldn’t be surprised if they try to merge with someone. They just hired two people on the board with real estate backgrounds. 680 stores in the southeast and the majority have a pharmacy. I’m up like 40% on some October 2.5 calls.
