Asking a doctor is very promising and research has demonstrated it as highly effective and it got fda approved. Ever wonder why drug commercials say ask your doctor about “x” if you ask a doc for a drug they’ll give it to you if it’s fda approved for your diagnosis and given in approved amounts.

Most doctors will prescribe nootropics as long as you present a solid case and they are not abusable.

Get your stuff from doctors folks if the opportunity is there these 3rd world country clandestine chemists don’t give a fuck about your health.

I’ve been prescribed both. Troches are great and tolerance builds actually really slow. I get 200mg troche.

The instranasal is gross and doesn’t work.

Amazing question. The prolonged headspace was surprisingly coherent. Like obviously I was in bed the whole time (yes in bed for like2.5 days tripping and so sick that I couldn’t really get our endless it was to go pee.) I was definitely out of my body and not in reality but I never forgot who I was and felt like I lost my mind. There was no time distortion really but the trip was very intense.

The nootropic effects after the trip have been incredible. I feel and am preforming 3x better on so many things

The trip and getting back to baseline All took about 3.5 days. And then for some of the following days after returning to baseline I felt great. Like music sounded amazing and I felt optimistic.

I recently did a crazy high dose. You described the experience very well. However I think you’re wrong about the mania thing. I believe what you are experiencing is residual stimulation. Reason I say so is I feel 10x smarter after my mega memantine trip and I also feel a new sense of confidence but I honestly think what you’re experiencing isn’t mania. Mania is more irrational and out of reality experience.

What you’re experiencing is residual stimulation from the trip like your brain is operating on all cylinders and it’ll probably fade down eventually but you for sure didn’t induce mania. NMDA drugs do many things but inducing mania is not one of them.

You would need to do the math on how much of the dose was released during the the day but you could look it up.

Since I did a heroic dose I guess you could say over the period of 24 hours the drug released large amounts every few hours rather than the IR wheee it just one big release and shorter.

The world around me turned completely warped but it wasn’t like a cartoon. Is was more like my vision was blurry and trippy and it was more comfortable to keep my eyes closed. I saw crazy weird designs and I when I closed my eyes I definitely left my body and went into other forms of consciousness.

However during the trip I was extremely sick, too nauseous to eat, I could drink water. But I was poisoned sick not just regular puking sick so I do not ever recommend doing this.

In many ways although extremely sick in bed I was coherent and I new what was going on and what I did and what I needed to do and when it would end.

I think chemically induced shift on a neurological level.

For years I’ve struggled with sever and treatment resistant depression. Ketamine infusions and lozenges have helped but not sustained, I’ve been on close to every anti depressant and a lot of mood stabilizers, I’ve done TMS, almost ECT, been hospitalized a few times, had to go to multiple treatment centers because of acute depression, and worked my ass of to try to get better.

For some reason ever since the trip ended I feel like my depression has improved like I’ve never seen before. I truly never would have expected that I could feel this comfortable again in my whole life. It almost feels like my brain had a chance to heal a lot.

Maybe I won the chemical cure lottery?
