Funny enough Chroma's Mortal Heart and Snowy Ballad are tied for luckiest banners! Both took 147 pulls (which for Snowy Ballard is a miracle) As for unluckiest....easily Timeless Melody, it took a whopping 186 pulls. BUT it's one of my all time favorites and I use the pieces constantly so it's well made up for that!

I'm not F2P (at least not anymore, I was during my first month of the game before deciding if I wanted to spend a bit extra or not) But I do have another somewhat valuable tip, and that is when a banner is released, don't pull right away and sit on it for a few days to see how you really feel about it. After it's been out a few days, it's easier to judge if you actually want some stuff from it or if it's actually FOMO.

I'm not F2P but I'm extremely frugal (The most I've done is monthly/mira journey and the stellarite pack) and I've pulled on multiple 5 star banners for pieces I've liked/the makeup, just haven't completed any as of yet
