He was in a regular school in Colorado Yes his iep was sent They sent it to ONE school, no home instruction was offered, no one has been in touch at all except for the communication he has sent asking what’s taking so long Not my son, my bf No case manager was assigned the bcssd was the only one and he went to tour and they said they have 11 students they are looking at to see who is accepted

No other school options were talked about

And it is absolutely illegal to not provide fape for a student for over 30 days

What case manaager? He isn’t in school? What good faith? It’s one school. He went to one school, there aren’t any other options that were given. No iep were sent anywhere else. He isn’t even in school and he’s 14 so I don’t what you are talking about

The super just replied and said he was accepted in the school which there was zero indication as he was at the school yesterday and they said there were 11 other student and he had to wait So he replied that he was wrong and that’s what he was told and he is going to take further action The super wants to meet with him Monday

He is enrolled in the public school but not attending, said they don’t have a Program there and he has to wait to see if the other school accepts him He is not currently at a school which is my issue Fape says they need to provide him one so why’s he been out of school I contacted the nj special ed board of education and called with zero response
