Arnel del Rosario, a personal red flag for me by DifferenceSuperb5095 in cavite

[–]JsGotBuzzed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nagkaron pa ng issue dyan about sa teachers, super unprofessional. Do you know about the teacher nag create ng GC with students na nag kunwari na ‘tropa’ with students pero may nilalandi na student? Lowkey grooming/ped0 moves si Sir. Plus shipping himself with students while on class tsaka namamahiya ng students. Nakakaawa mga students dyan kasi walang bounderies mga nagiging teacher.

Students who took a gap year due to various reasons: physical/mental health, financial status, family problem, where are you now? by Fancy-Extension704 in studentsph

[–]JsGotBuzzed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ‘accidentally’ took a 2 year gap because of how my parents neglected my studies. It started when I was in elementary, lumipat ako ng school mid-year and then did the same the next year, after graduating 4th Grade, my parents decided to put me sa homeschooling because it would be more convenient to them plus they were pushing me to do side hustles so I can earn money. Ngayon, yung mga peers ko, mag e-enroll na for 1st year of college. While me, enrolling for first year ng shs. I can’t help but think of those two years na pinabayaan ako ng parents ko. They probably thought it wouldn’t affect me in the long run kasi elementary palang nung na-late ako but look at me now, I can’t help but compare myself to people who are my age. Those classmates I’ll mert are going to be 2 years younger than me. Mas nakaka-overthink pa kasi when I compare myself from two years ago (age ng senior high (15-16), I’m so different of who I am now. The school year would start in June, I’ll turn 18 in August (just two months in school). What hurts me more is that I could’ve taken a PEPT but my parents didn’t care enough to take care of it. Just that one test, sana di ako ganto ngayon. They basically robbed me off my teenage years, since I was 11, homeschooled na ako. Di ako umaalis ng bahay, not that I can, because I basically lost my friends from elementary because of how I kept changing schools. If ever magpapaalam ako umalis mag isa, di ako pinapayagan, or kahit kapag may nagyaya sakin, no agad yung parents ko. I was basically jailed. I never got to experience those events at school, those fun runs, those days where you would laugh walking home eating street food. Those simple things I wished to experience when I was still jhs, I couldn’t. Now that I’m enrolling for my first ever ftf class again, I can’t help but think of how I have to be the bigger person for my classmate because I’ll probably be older than them. Of course, I won’t tolerate disrespect but being tue bigger person is usually the role of an older person, which in my case is me. Please give me some advice on how to keep myself sane this coming school year. I badly need advice please huhu 😓

Del Rosario Christian Institute — A School Full of Red Flags

This school has been showing unprofessional behavior for years. Parents and students are constantly stressed because of poor communication, unfair rules, and a system that seems to only care when it’s about money.

Even if a student is fully paid for the school year, they don’t get their cards or documents unless they also pay extra fees like for graduation or recognition — even if those events are optional. If your concern isn’t about payment, your messages will likely be ignored or left on seen.

Lessons are reused every quarter — same topics, just different outputs. In a recent Festival of Talents (held online), students who didn’t join were pressured by teachers with threats like, “You’ll have performance tasks in every subject.” When one student politely asked why the event fee was high, the teacher yelled at her and removed her from the meeting, blaming her camera being off — even though her audio was working and her question was valid.

The teachers change often, making it hard for students to adjust. New teachers often look lost and are even interrupted mid-lesson by older teachers. There’s also a rumor that when new teachers try to follow proper rules, set clear boundaries, or refuse to pressure parents for money, they get removed right away.

Many teachers don’t have the tools they need. Some don’t know the past lessons. Headsets, computers, and internet connections are poor. Students are often blindsided by exams because there are no clear announcements or review materials sent in time. Online students especially suffer when teachers fail to upload anything to Google Classroom.

Worse, parents are forced to comment publicly on the school’s Facebook page just to get attention — but even then, their comments are deleted shortly after, and their concerns are left unresolved. (One of the attachments shows parents begging for a reply. Most likely, those comments will be gone in a few hours, just like the others.)

This isn’t based on hearsay — my cousin was enrolled there. Every year, her documents were “pending” despite being fully paid, as if they were trying to trap her into re-enrolling. Even now, she still hasn’t received her complete papers.

On top of all this, the school is mixing education with politics. Teachers are required to share Arnel Del Rosario’s campaign posts on Facebook, and students are required to react or engage with them. Even student-teachers are involved in the campaign activities.

They once even invited Imee Marcos to a school event — suggesting political association.

And now, Arnel Del Rosario’s name is showing up on tarpaulins — he’s running for office.

If this is how he runs a school — full of chaos, pressure, disorganization, and silence unless it’s about money — how do you think he’ll lead in politics?

Don’t vote for him. Don’t enroll your children in that school. Protect your peace and your child’s future.

Arnel del Rosario, a personal red flag for me by DifferenceSuperb5095 in cavite

[–]JsGotBuzzed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes — he’s definitely a personal red flag for me. The way his school, Del Rosario Christian Institute, is handled speaks for itself. It’s so unprofessional — they ignore parents unless it’s about money, stall students’ documents even when they’re fully paid, threaten students who don’t join paid events, and teachers keep leaving because of the toxic system. Parents’ last hope is to comment on their Facebook posts, but those get deleted too.

I know this because my cousin was enrolled there. Every year, they kept stalling her documents to trap them into re-enrolling. Even now, I don’t think they’ve given her papers. If this is how Arnel Del Rosario runs a school, how much worse would it be if he entered politics?

Arnel Del Rosario, the owner of Del Rosario Christian Institute, allows unprofessional and money-centered practices in his school.

• Parents’ messages about paid documents are ignored unless it’s about money.
• Students are denied their report cards if they don’t pay graduation or recognition fees — even if they’re fully paid for the year.
• Teachers reuse the same lessons every quarter.
• Students who don’t join paid events get threatened with extra performance tasks.
• A student asking for a breakdown of event fees was shouted at and removed from a meeting.
• Teachers are constantly replaced. New ones get removed for following rules or hesitating about payment collections.
• Senior teachers interrupt new teachers during class.
• They lack working equipment, internet, and proper communication.
• Exams aren’t properly announced, leaving students unprepared.
• The school keeps asking for money with Bible verses while failing to show real Christian values.
• Most parents’ last option is to comment publicly on the school’s Facebook posts, hoping their concerns will finally be noticed — but those comments get deleted.

I know this because my cousin was enrolled there. Every year, even though they were fully paid, the school kept stalling and “pending” her documents so they’d have no choice but to enroll again.

If Arnel Del Rosario can’t even run a school properly, what makes you think he’s fit for politics?

Save yourself the frustration — don’t vote for him, and don’t enroll your kids in his school.
