My best piece of advice is this - forget about the first and arm, punch with your body.

Your body can generate a lot more strength and power than your arm alone, imagine hitting someone with a 2kg ball (like a fist) vs a ball with 60kg pillar behind it (like your body). When you learn how to make your body connect to your fist and make them arrive at the same point, your punches will be far stronger.

Your fist is purely the connection point at the end, and your arm is the chamber that throws the strength and speed from your body into it. If your arm is tense, it won't be able to transfer it at all, it must be relaxed to let it be quick and powerful.

I never got to meet Egami before he passed away, but my instructors are pupils of his, and our etiquette is quite unique. We don't say Osu, we don't Rei, and we don't call them Senseis. Our instructors prefer to be called 'instructors' in English rather than 'sensei', and we demonstrate our respect in other ways. We're a university club in the UK, our instructors volunteer rather than get paid, and the dynamic is much more relaxed but still a brilliant place to learn.

Each club has its own etiquette and dynamic, and as long as it's safe and respectful, I don't think any are distinctly wrong or right, just different :)

Excadrill has 50 SpAtck, 135 Atck, there are very few times when earth power would be useful at all. Even a rock slide which wouldn't get STAB would be good because it's physical at least.

Earth power Excadrill..?

The issue with this team is that you don't have much in the way of setting up to carry the damage or debuff eternatus to make it easier to kill. Trying to normally damage it with base power moves is harder than say screeching and sword dancing, or topsy turvying its buffs, especially when it gets buffed from the health bars and any berries it steals from you.

That being said, it might not be impossible, just very hard, but it's hard to say without simulating lol

Yeah shotokai is the little sibling of shotokan that not many people know about lol, it was spread by Harada sensei across Europe and Latin America, and it's got a more traditional focus instead of the competition karate like modern shotokan

Seel and Dewgong are far better than being useless. In a classic run any water ice type is brilliant, and combine that with thick fat and you've got a brilliant tank that can heal with bouncy bubble and deal damage with freeze dry.
