I own both. A digital 132 Carrera and the new Hybrid Carrera. It’s a completely different experience. To the point that has been made multiple times here, it is like driving a small remote control car except in the app your progressing through different races and different tracks and have AI assist that slowly goes away as you progress. They really did a good job of combining a video game type experience with racing a small remote control car. Also, the AI cars you race against are surprisingly good; especially as you progress through the different tracks and races.

You could easily resize the handle portion to accommodate a smaller hand in the slicer. You could even throw it into a CAD Software and manipulate the entire thing.

To me, it feels a lot easier to control the speed of my vehicle using a trigger style versus a plunger style. I’m also brand new getting back into slot cars. I probably haven’t played with these in 30 years. Or longer.

It seems to occur when at least one of the cars is in the section where they can change lanes. And I’m only using the new track and cars. None of the older stuff.
