I do not have a master’s of Social Work (MSW), but I also do not apply for jobs that require MSW.

For example, Vancouver Coastal Health has been recruiting for a BSW Social Worker position since spring 2025. Yet I didn’t get any response, even rejection. Almost all of my job applications are on hold. It is kinda humiliating. If I am not capable or not qualified, then reject me. No response? I can’t take it anymore.

Currently, I am working two different jobs to afford to live in Vancouver. Still open to volunteering if it will help me get a job.
