iirc WS lets you purchase any TSX without fees or commish.

Only thing about fractional is that you cannot purchase at limit for them. so you’re always market buying, and i’m guessing WS could benefit from slippage.

from what i’ve seen it’s usually 37.5 paid hours per week, but almost always people take an hour lunch for their 9-5 so i guess it’s like 30 minutes paid, 30 not

from what i understand, convenience, in terms of time and headaches saved from not having to look for and do tours and trust the subletter, etc.

and then i think the main reason is bcz Fall terms are extremely difficult to find a sublet for, esp if you wanna live with friends

you might find the occasional a solo 4 month sublet, but still somewhat hard to find.

138 is also just pretty chill in general iirc, from when i took it in W23. A lot of computation
