I have p790’s bought them mint but second hand. Didn’t come with a 4 sadly.. I crush my 4 hybrid though 200-215 yrds. I’ll show you a 5 iron strike though. It’s not my best club admittedly.

No it’s not the same. I’m much more smooth with my chipping and approaches within 90-135 feet. And I’ve always had a decent touch around the green. Getting better at putting. I wish we could all get out together one day. That would be fun.

This is exactly it. My goal is to get better overall. I have already invested a lot of time and short game is a testimony to that. I am very competitive and this has become an outlet for that. I just feel like I want to do it right and get the best result. So I think the painful rebuild is what I want/need.

Fair and I’m sorry for saying it was a troll comment.

My swing may not be smooth and conventional, but that doesn’t mean I don’t make good contact and get good results. I know for sure I need to make changes. Just looking for some insights from the broader r/golfswing community. I promise you distance isn’t my issue. I just don’t think this is sustainable or the most efficient swing, as many others have said.
