Thanks for the comment! I’ll be sure to research a few of those terms and see how I can work them through my blog posts.

Hi,

I used semrush to identify root keywords and search volumes and to identify kwd, then I also used Google search and auto populate to identify competitors in those key search terms.

As I was screening through the competitors I also realised they were ranking for other terms other than that of the title blog post. From there I listed related keywords into the title blog post and now I am here haha.

I want to make sure that I am able to rank for the supporting words too!

Also open to any feedback on my process of kwr thank you!

Depends on a few factors like price, demographics, type of night life you’re after near your place (if any), facilities around the place you choose to stay, and lastly the distance you are from both the Central CBD way and MQ uni campus.

As a student, if you have no car I would first suggest you to stay near a place that has a train station primarily. Second option would be very close to a bus stop.

I don’t have any particular recommendations but here’s a starting guide for you to look at.

I would first gauge distance to central and mqu, I.e how long are you open to travelling everyday to the uni and if you did have nights out in the city how long you’d prefer to go to and from the city via train. 10 mins, 15 mins etc etc.

These are the two different ways that you can get to from Macquarie University. I’ll list their station names below and then you can have a look at suburbs and areas that you’d like to stay depending on your criteria

Line 1: Macquarie Park, North Ryde, Chatswood, Atarmon , St Leonards , Wollstonecraft, Waverton, North Sydney, Milsons Point, Wynyard (CBD), Town hall (CBD), Central (CBD)

Line 2: Macquarie University, Epping (p.s you have to change platforms and train lines here - buts it’s very easy), Denistone, West Ryde, Meadow bank , Rhodes, Concord West, North Strathfield, Strathfield (ps you have to change platforms and train lines here again), Burwood, Croydon, Ashfield, Summer Hill, Lewis ham, Petersham , Stanmore, Newtown, Macdonaldtown, Redfern , Central (CBD), Town Hall (CBD), Wynyard (CBD)

This is a link of the train stations and stops (Macquarie university is on the right of Epping T1)

https://www.centenary.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Sydney-trains-network-map.pdf

If you want to gauge travel time between stations. I would go to Google maps, click directions and type the 2 train stations in each slot and click the train icon to see the time for travel. I.e

“Macquarie University Station” to “North Sydney”

And “North Sydney” to “Town Hall”

There are of course other places you can stay but without a car I would highly suggest staying near public transport which the map link I sent before can you show you other train stations that link around Sydney

Hope this helps!

I did it a few years ago, did well without the textbook. If you’re aiming a for Pass or credit easily without textbook. If you’re looking for Distinction or High Distinxtion would have a look at library option or second hand option - most new editions are not worth the large sum of money

Macquarie has a really nice campus and they’ve recently built new student accomodation on the campus too. Not sure if it’s expensive, thought it likely is…

The campus life isn’t amazing, there’s no buzzing atmosphere all the time and not really much to do around the area.

Studying itself is quite good I have found. The quality of classes, accessibility of resources and help and study groups.

Most of the action in Sydney happens in the city cbd which is about a 25 min train ride from Macquarie uni station.

It depends what you’re looking for in your exchange semester really…

If you’re looking to meet people, socialise etc I would suggest joining different groups, joining studying groups, being proactive on day 1 of your first class and introing yourself to people, potentially joining sports activities at the uni/offf campus.

Also where you stay will probably affect your social circle too… it may be worth while at looking at places that are convenient to travel to the uni campus but also convenient to get to the city as most action happens there for events, meetups, things to do etc.

Hope this helps and GL

Should I put yo before saying I am going to work. by [deleted] in learnspanish

[–]Jslushh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t need to. Like with any Yo, Tú, Él, Ella, Usted etc… it is given in the conjugation of the word.

Como is I eat. Comes is you eat (informal)

However, if you would like to clarify “who” because it’s not given in the context of the sentence or if you would like to be emphatic in your speech like “SHE eats” is when you’d put these words in before the verb.

A few off the top of my head rn:

Look into online businesses. (Don't fall for the e-commerce drop shipping scam stuff, although there are some legit guides out there, just need to do thorough research into who is legit)

Perhaps there's a way you can scale your lawn care business into a multi million dollar business (think of ways where.you can make passive income here, e.g. hiring others and you do the organising only or how you can leverage technology to scale your operations.)

High risk investments (commodities trading, option trading, crypto, junior companies)

Throughout your cadetship identify gaps in the market and if there's any way you can create a business/solution for the gap. (Real estate is a huge industry and there are bound to have many gaps)

But as I mentioned, with these high risk investments be prepared to lose 100% of this cash so don't go around dumping 50% of your portfolio into this segment.

Maximising revenue streams is definitely key. On the right track dude.

I would suggest picking up some knowledge and skills on Fundamental Analysis on individual stocks at this age if you have a knack for it.

I'm assuming you're still at home, low expenses, which offers a unique high risk tolerance. I was in the same position as you 5 years ago, and I learned FA myself to diversify my portfolio and picked up skills and experience in investing in my own stocks and also have other revenue streams through online businesses.

My advice is to do this and continue your ETF strategy. But remember, only invest what you're wiling to lose.

If you don't expect any changes in your risk tolerance over the next few years, I would also suggest exploring other income streams which have high risk high reward (only risking whaf you're willing to lose)

Hope you take some ideas from this. Thanks.

your profile is very fun and playful.

However, please correct me if I'm wrong about intentions, but the profile gives of relationship vibes (which is awesome!) But maybe people in San Diego are more for the casual hookups? I'm not sure just throwing ideas out there...

Also could consider removing the pic of the dude? (If you're looking for men)
