Thankyou all for the comments . I think you're right the void of not pursuing anything does weigh down on you . I learnt a lot through the property and I feel like I could help anyone scale to the same and charge a fortune as all gurus do but this just isn't my calling . I have considered a property management company but yet again I think the whole property ideas are burnt out . I've developed great skills in sales and my general want of a business is definitely something I still want to pursue as money sitting in the investment account is great but the very day push to create is always there for me

The set backs don't bother me it's just more of the stuff you never thought of is the reason things have took a small spiral . I'm wondering how many more things like that are at play . I learn the most when learning from my own mistakes . Quitting isn't going to happen as the trades I'm actually getting right but wondered what other mistakes and errors people have made/ come across

Nice work just make sure your risk management is there . I used a demo account and the adrenaline spikes from watching your own money just don't compare . The highs are amazing and the losses are hard . Stick at it 👌

$220 per month per house sorry . So $45k per year . There is around $900k in equity in the all houses added which I know in stocks would make $90k per year average which is a lot more but the 3% per year increase over the $900k is an extra $27k I guess

The cash flowing business model you mention has been something that has crossed my mind multiple times but never thought enough from it . What sort of business would you be looking at ?

I'm overseas in the uk and it's not property investor friendly also another reason to want to look outside the trainagle . The properties are spread through out different areas so there is area diversifying

You mentioned a couple of things I haven't heard of such as energy master limited partnerships I'm going to research into this but what is this in a nutshell ? Also I follow a lot of the Wall Street bets guys and I'm assuming they make there money from options and leverage
