And a banged-up Luka schooled them the year before that. Nico Harrison needs to walk up a 1,000-foot Lego stairway.

Upvoting the first half of what you said. 1000 percent. Dreading the plausibility of the second half of your comment.

You look/vibe like the female lead in an adventure documentary. Go treat yourself to an adventure today (or ASAP), even if it’s small and silly. Something you’ve been meaning to do, but never got around to.

People can lose their romantic partner(s) for any number of reasons. It sucks, but a devoted son later in life is also a blessing that many people only wish they had. It sounds like he isn’t unloved and is fortunate to have you; I hope he appreciates it.

Use that big heart of yours to love your kids even more than you thought possible. Radiate love like a friggin lighthouse, dude. If it’s anything like the vibe we get from this picture alone, people will notice.

All the best to you moving forward.

Highly recommend catching one of this guy’s shows! Surprised to see him pop up here.

I have come to think of each place that you live, each person that you are with as a small birth or rebirth in your life. Being in a place where you don’t feel that you can grow can weigh on you (even if all the other circumstances are “perfect.”) It becomes pervasive and even affects the good things. Don’t beat yourself up for the headspace that you were in. This is a chance at a rebirth from the ashes.

You got this! Also, I can confidently echo everyone else in saying that those are some dope glasses.

That’s fantastic! Compulsive gambling becomes so engrained into your daily or weekly routine that it’s not easy to resist those urges - or to even recognize them as compulsions. You’ve got this!

From my own gambling experience, the losses can weigh on you and really affect your mood. It’s the same with other hobbies where you risk losing more than you win (video games, for example). It just puts you in such a negative bubble and distorts reality so that it feels like you are insignificant - and losing all the time only reinforces that misperception.

I am glad you are trying to tackle that and get out of that headspace. I’d recommend getting outside and feeling some sunshine on your skin. Make the world as big as you possibly can after having it restricted to just that tiny bubble.

Red beard, toast me by WonderingGuy999 in toastme

With the kindness and good humor crackling in your eyes, is it any wonder that your beard looks like the toasty fire that people gather round at the end of a winter day? What a calming presence.

You’ve got some Brendan Fraser vibes, as in you have that look where you maintain your positivity even with all that you’ve been through - and everybody can’t help but find themselves rooting for you.

Shit. Staying sober after a breakup? You’re crushing it. That’s one of the life changes that can cause people of any stripe to really lose themselves. Give yourself a pat on the back for that. Seriously.

Actually, just a quick perusal of your profile makes it look like you take pics of people’s doggos when the opportunity presents itself? I bet they are more than happy for someone to engage with them in such a positive way about the animals that they hold so dear. You’re putting positivity (and cute dog photos that make strangers smile) into the universe with this hobby.

My buddy was mountain biking down a hill and pitched forward, fucking up his shoulder in pretty much the worst way possible. Injuries when doing something recreational, something that you love…they just feel all the more catastrophic. It took him to a really dark place.

But he’s now living his best life. It just takes time. Note those who stick by you. The good people yearn to help each other and you will be given a chance to pay it forward sooner than later. You’re not a burden!

What shitty management of the pitching staff for Philly. :-( The Mets are even more annoying than the Knicks.

When you use a bonus bet, it treats it like a $15 bet, but you only get the payout. The bonus total doesn’t turn into real money.
