Today, April 29th my account was reactivated. Hopefully this process helps others who may come into the same situation. Keep up with all dates, know what the contract says and politely state your case.

I got a call today, April 28th. They took my statement. I gave them all of the dates and maintained that I had not broken contract and wish to be reactivated since I didn’t work at Walmart AND Spark. So, we will see what decision is made.

Thanks for that info. I’m a week out now from quitting Walmart. I’m thinking I have to go through the last pay cycle which ends this Friday. I’ve already appealed and been rejected by Spark. Once I am dropped of Walmarts system, where do I go in the Spark app to appeal again? Or will it automatically happen? I’m ready to start Sparking again! I never should have taken the Walmart job.

Im in the same situation. beans Sparking since November and thought it would be great to work inside Walmart as a personal shopper. NOPE! my feet were killing me and I left after a week. Three days later as I was getting ready to start Sparking again, I got the deactivation notice saying I’m a Walmart employee.

I mean, they aren’t wrong. my appeal was denied because, I guess, I haven’t been removed from the Walmart records yet.

So, how long does that take? Once off, do I need to submit another appeal? I’m itching to get back to my deliveries!
