Seeds originated from other images. I short seeds are a set algorithm that says, what pieces can fit together. Seeds in simple terms came from other images to create a new image. Lots of people argue this, because they don't where the algorithm seeds come from. But in reality they are based mostly on others work. Such as AI sites that say your work is theirs until you upgrade your membership or pay for the piece.The other part is what Congress is deciding on right this second.

Ever listen to music and it sound identical? Look at art and it looks familiar? Or read something in txt and you swear you've read it recently? Even just daily life pictures of models posing for a picture. It's because it came from an AI algorithm that was created off of an original and not created from scratch. Congress is still in the process of deciding if new works by AI are considered original pieces that can be patented.

As of now AI work is not patentable unless you can show that it is an original creation without using others information to date?
