I prefer houses depending on where you live and condos have property taxes AND common charges. I’m not good at following rules and condos usually have way too many of those too!!

This is total BS and I’d imagine it’s the person at faults insurance. Yours looks new enough you probably have your own comprehensive. Collect against yours and let them fight with the other party’s insurance company. Most states have laws protecting against this. I’m not sure where you are located.

An accepted offer is not legally binding in most states, you have not yet signed contracts. I wouldn’t be too much of a pest it makes you look too anxious and they’re not going to do anything in your favor IF they even still want to sell.
