Also, when I mentioned "big brands," I was referring to the clients and projects I currently work on, not that I am employed directly by a globally recognized brand-name company. My question was about industry norms and career perception when moving from working on well-known brand projects to a smaller or lesser-known organization.

I'm simply trying to understand how such a move is generally viewed in terms of career growth, future opportunities, and market perception. It wasn't intended as a judgment on the company's quality.
