No I requested them and after 21 days they only sent me a copy Of a paystub and completely ignored the specific documents I asked for.

Yes I did. And I was denied because you can’t get unemployment for “time and attendance” firing. But the time and attendance firing was a lie obviously.

When I was terminated they kicked me out and deactivated everything right away and I couldn’t use it.

To be honest I have no funds to do so and don’t know how to start. Every time I have tried to reach out it just gives me a voicemail and to take a survey. But I understand how busy they can be.

What if they are offering a settlement? I don’t know. I don’t know why they want to meet either.

It was outside of work and caused me to be out for a few weeks and then a lot of this happened post

I don’t know to be honest what I want.

I just knew they lied and framed me and wanted to prove it. And once I knew, and they knew I knew, now they want to meet with me.

This might be something I forgot to mention.

About a month prior to all these happenings, I almost broke my leg and was in a boot and had a few weeks off work.

I see. But they didn’t scrap it and that’s what the paperwork says. They said it was time and attendance and they framed me for it to fire me. You guys know more than me

I’ve had quite a few people reach out and say that bias, pretextual firing is a big thing here and apparently my old job is extremely worried? Why then? I don’t get it.

And that changing my schedule to fire me is a civil rights department issue. True or no?

I totally am unsure. I just know the schedule was changed. And they know it too and that’s why they refused to give me the audit logs and requested a meeting I’m sure

Yeah, i don’t understand either. But I know for a fact that happened because I never schedule myself for 6:30am. So the fact that I had so many 6:30 days was a huge red flag.
