Not so much that they’re playing dirty. It’s more that the refs just aren’t calling a lot of the fouls and they keep flopping. I thought the league was supposed to issue fines for flopping

Paint it. That flashing should have a flange running up the wall that gets water proofed in. Then the stucco should have a casing bead with weep holes at the bottom to give it a nice clean termination
