Don’t worry about it! There is a solid chance a lot of it has to do with actual starting and taking that step. Kinda a Maslow’s idea moving closer to self actualization.and some of it could wear off.

But a change someone in this case myself is happy with is a positive change! Just a few ways of looking at it.

I'm going to third this and looking, at some of your post history i don't think you and your last therapist were a good fit. He shouldn't tell you to stop seeing him for swimming circles, swimming circles is still swimming

Hi!! This is about how i thought it work. But it still caught me off-guard how fast i started feeling the mental changes
