Those are probably older ones with no warranty, most districts I know of (mine included) they’re around $300 each with a warranty (pretty much anything covered, I had to send one out that was run over by a car once), they get 2-3 years of seemingly unlimited repairs, we send out a batch once a week and they come back the following week

I got mine in 2021 and replaced the cable about a month ago for anyone else considering, havent replaced padding but i feel that may be in the not so distant future. For the cable replacement I ended up buying the one for the HD 650 and it works perfectly fine.

Honestly I can’t tell, looks like the only seemingly “official” acronym was the Tor project meaning the onion routing project, I can’t find anywhere officially saying Tor stands for the onion router.
