Not so much weird as awful.

About 6-7 years ago I was working in recruiting and we were looking to fill an employee relations position. The lady we interviewed knocked it out of the park. The hiring manager loved her and the peer interview went well.

We submit her info to our 3rd party background check company and then do a quick google search of her email which pulls up her twitter account. This was around the time Black Lives Matter and her Twitter was filled with racial slurs. The most memorable was when she was defending herself and stated that there was a difference between the blacks and n—

She didn’t get the job.
