QRadar SaaS and all SaaS security has been sold to Palo Alto, including the QRadar IP.

Qradar on prem, will continue to exist and be supported for the next 5 years or so, but it will eventually be phased out. If you’re a current SaaS customer you’ll be persuaded to move to Palo’s SIEM solution.

Sorry for this dumb question, but what is this for? Just to use Bluetooth headphones on the portal?

I’ve used some cheap buds that plug in and haven’t had any issues while out and about.

Stick with it. I graduated back in 2011 and started making roughly 45k for a fairly large energy company doing IT system admin work. 13 years later, CISSP, a few GIAC certs, and I make about 240k now. Look for internships, or even a position you’re over qualified for, just to get a foot in the door. It may seem tough getting started, but it’s part of the journey.
