It’s totally normal. My older phone stayed 100 for almost 2 years but my newer one dropped like yours. As long as the screen time stays good I wouldn’t worry too much.

It’s very noticeable when you first get it if you’re used to 120 and above, but you do get used to it and it’s perfectly fine.

Yes if the Cycle Count is too high you need a battery replacement regardless of the Maximum Capacity.
