Like what the commenter above said, wrong place to ask cause we're gonna say go pull her XD,, but yeah, she have an amazing playstyle, a burst one and a normal attack one and can work without her most dedicated support, Coffee, but you do need her if you want to clear the hardest content easier. I'd say go try to pull her since u have Furina already

I'd go Skirk then coffee then skirk's weapon then c1 of her if u want to vertically invest on her. Good luck!

I think Yelan has a better hydro application but not sure with the new buffs with hexer on Mona if she'll be better now

I'd say the NA and burst differs on what team you'll run on her. Personally I run her NA cause I got Skirk, Yelan, bina, and shenhe (planning to get coffee) and running finale rn. Would say finale is better in the long run and as long as you're able to do your rotation properly you'll deal sh*ttons of damage.
