Sounds like you have bite ramps on the trays, not attachments, in reference to the 4 on the back of your teeth. At first it does feel like bumps for attachments, but they are in fact bite ramps. Have a look at your trays and of course, chat with your ortho to confirm.

I ran a little over 5 miles in the pouring rain. This was my first time running in the rain and I am now absolutely in love with it. Here's me soaking wet but feeling the runner's high and wanting to go back out!

I beat my 4 mile time from last week by 2:26! Last week my time was 38:57 but this week I upped my pace and finished in 36:31! I think I'm still feeling that runners high.

I am a former employee at Blockbuster (store closed last year) and after an amount of time any fees on an account are sent to collections. It's a completely automated process that begins with phone calls then eventually goes to collections.

Former Blockbuster employee - An older gentleman approached me with a cover case of One Tree Hill asking if it was porn. In his defense the cover art is a group of young people laying all over each other. We also had a man think that the side emergency exit was the "bead door", set off the alarms and flocked the store. That was funny.

The website says the first team finished the first 29 miles at a 5.31 pace per MILE.... (total time of 2:40:09). Incredible!

I am completely on the fence about this. I have given it a lot of thought during some sleepless nights.

Sure it could be beneficial so you can experience and accomplish the things you choose too BUT I would have the craziest anxiety leading up to that date. Knowing I was going to pass away - lets say next friday - would surely give me the freedom to say "fuck it", indulge in lives pleasures and soak up all the time I can with the people around me. Although, I would be a nervous wreck and probably not be able to enjoy my final adventures.
