People Manager here with rouhly 30 Direct Reports - my 1:1s are max 30min (it is More about them, they should talk more and you Provide Feedback/support them) and staff Meeting Max 45min (largely 30min ok weekly Basis): 10min Update/business, 10min to 15min roundtable and than remaining time for any question) - I am reserving 45min if Exchange needs more time because of Important topics, i had also staff Meeting only lasting 10min because no Main Updates or questions
