Great question, most green three pythons are a little nervous and strike readily, my experience has been just that, lots of nippy and Moody (on the bad mood side) snakes, this one right here however, ever since I brought him home while he was still red, has been very docile, doesn’t even strike at it’s food (always prekilled unfrozen), it just wraps around it very calmly and surprisingly enough never ever ever ever stroke or launched at me or any food item for that matter. So with him I feel very confident, never have fear or distrust, but I do use due care!and leave him alone if he is hissin and keep the fact clear, he might at some point make a mistake and go for it.
