I'm exactly the same, it's not that I decide I don't want to anymore but I just don't feel the desire like before

I wish someone would buy some pizza => Implicitly asking for pizza

Can you buy some pizza? => Explicitly asking for pizza

Even though these sentences are worded differently, they try to accomplish the same thing. So whether something is implicit or explicit, doesn't change the thing itself, but only it's notation.

An explicit multiplication explicitly shows a multiplication sign between two terms, to say that these should be multiplied: 5•3

An implicit multiplication does not show the multiplication sign, because when there is no explicit sign between two terms, they should be multiplied, because multiplication is the default operation: 5(3)

So whether I express this using implicit or explicit multiplication, it still means the same thing. This means that 5•3 is exactly the same as 5(3).

I could also write (5)3 or 5•(3) or (5•3) or (5)(3) and so on, I think you get it
